  1. Fangboy, hands down. The other covers are both intriguing as well, but Fangboy’s cover – namely the boy, the expression on his face, and the box – make me both sympathetic, and incredibly curious.

  2. Must admit on 1st glance I don’t like any of these and don’t think I would pick up any of them if I came across them when browsing in a book shop.

Undertakers looks like its a cover for an expansion of the ZOMBIES! game, which is a hugely fun game but not a book I would want to read.

Fangboy is to brown and I have never been a fan of those over sized anime style eyes. That said I do like the two guys in the back ground.

Beyond the Door… not sure, it just doesn’t grab my attention at all. I am curious as to whats going on… but I think the fat she is missing her head just has my suspension of disbelief crashing alarm going off.

  3. The cover of Beyond the Door looks repugnant on several levels.

  4. I love the cover for “Beyond the Door!” It grabbed my attention right away, because it reminds me in many ways of the incredible work of Frida Kahlo. My favorite of the three, hands down.

  5. The Undertakers. You can’t go wrong with Zombies. I’ve read other books by Ty and he’s one of my favorite writers. Can’t wait for this one.

  6. I’m clearly biased, but Faaaaaaaaaaangboy all the way! It’s one of my favorites of all of the book covers I’ve ever had.

Damn you, Strand, that’s cheating! Cough…”Beyond the Door”…cough.

    Same artist, anyway!

  8. Undertakers – the entire composition of the cover is exceptional.

  9. Undertakers – no question!  It is the only cover of the three that isn’t static.  I’m caught up with the way the kid is poised  to move (and I love the title font with the shovel!). The other covers are very static and rather devoid of excitement – I don’t find myself wondering anything past the obvious ‘what’s up with that character?’  But with Undertakers, I wonder – how the heck is this kid going to get out of THAT mess? Is he alone? And, how did he end up there in the first place?  The composition has depth, emotion, and excitement.  It’s a winner!

THE UNDERTAKERS! This is an awesome cover and the author is just as awesome. I’ve previewed this book and it’s a very exciting ride! I highly recommend it.

  11. The Undertakers! It has a Wild West-High Noon look to it. What could be better than High Noon with zombies? Fabulous!

  12. The Undertakers gets my vote.  I like the orange – on fire- color.  It’s catches my eye.  The stance of the boy looks like he is deciding “Fight or Flight”

  13. The Undertakers gets my vote!  I mean the way the kid is standing ready against all odds.  “How do you defeat something that ALREADY DEAD.” Ok now you have my attention!

  14. Undertakers, all the way! Zombies are awesome and this one kid looks like he is ready to take them all down. And, hey, it’s cool to know that I have a jacket that looks just like the one on the cover.
