It’s Here! The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction Website Has Launched!

As previously reported, the online edition of one of science fiction’s most indispensable resources is here.

Behold The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction!

I can’t tell you what a useful and fun resource the print edition has been over the years. It’s still an integral part of me getting my geek on. The online version (still in Beta version) promises to be even better.

And hey, here’s something..SF Signal is listed as one of the online newszines. Nice!

(Do they also have an entry for big egos in fandom? Because then I might be in there twice! 🙂 )

  1. Um, I think you meant “Website” and not “Webiste” in the headline, yes?

  2. A “webiste” is what the cool kids call it. 😉 It’s errors like that that get us a mention in SFE. 🙂

  3. That is so cool about the listing. Congrats!

  4. John, thanks again for your continued support of the SFE.

  5. I’m horrified that a respectable on-line news iste like SF Signal would give in to popular sentiment and change “Webiste” to the more mundane “Website.”  No spine, that is.

  6. Wait — Who accusesd us of having a spine? 😛

  7. So if I buy you too many drinks at the next con, you’ll be an inebriate invertebrate?

  8. Probably. Hard to tell.  I stopped listening after “buy you too many drinks”… 🙂
