As with Rudy Rucker’s e-zine effort this looks really interesting. But…like Rudy Rucker’s effort, this appears to be (so far) a website-only effort. So, online magazine? Or a website? If a downloadable (hell, I’ll pay for a subscription from somebody like James Gunn), I’d be more likely to read. If not, like Rucker’s effort, it’ll be there, but I’ll probably overlook it.
