  1. Of these, I’d like to throw a recommendation for Sanderson’s ‘Way of Kings’. Was a rather interesting novel, without the iffy thematic issues that WoT-banner has come to indicate.

  2. Awesome list! It’s kind of a shame, though, that all of the ‘free’ Baen books didn’t seem to be free; must be because I’m in Canada and those things often go by region. Oh well, still plenty of other awesome deals here for those of us north of the US border!

    • Yeah, I’m hearing that from other folks as well. What’s free for US customers may not be free for those in other regions. Look before you leap!
