  1. Congratulations to her, a great achievement for a first novel.

    It’s a very thought-provoking exercise in narration (writing about a character that is split-up in thousands of different bodies at the same time), but the plot isn’t at the same level, IMO. The motivation of the main character just didn’t do it for me.


    I really didn’t like the magic gun.

    But I do love Leckie’s short stories.
