TRAILER PARK: Ash vs. Evil Dead / Poltergeist / Pixels

It’s been awhile since the last Trailer Park, but Hollywood never stops producing movies. Here are a few ‘interesting’ ones for your perusal.

Ash vs. Evil Dead

In this new Starz series, Bruce Campbell reprises his role as Ash, chainsaw wielder and SMART employee extraordinaire. It remains to be seen whether Sam Raimi and company can re-create the magic of the movies, but really, you’ll be watching for Bruce.

Poltergeist

I’m on the fence about this remake of the 80’s horror classic, but the inclusion of Sam Rockwell has my attention. The trailer is also appropriately creepy so I’m optimistic about the movie.

Pixels

I am not a huge Adam Sandler fan, but this movie looks terrible. Even the inclusion of Peter Dinklage can’t save this movie for sucking, and that’s just from viewing the trailer. A big, giant PASS for me.
