    I say, this is rather tilted toward novels and novelists specifically, isn’t it? There *are* shorter forms of speculative fiction out there, and not merely as a stepping-stone toward longer works, eh?

    Zen Cho.

    My favorite book by that author is:
    None yet! “The House of Aunts” is an excellent novella (novelette?), however.

    Corinne Duyvis.

    Otherbound — her debut novel, which I enjoyed greatly.

    Coveted by whom? What a curious thing to ask. I don’t understand this question. Others seem to be taking it as “rarest” or “most financially valuable”; in that case it is certainly a curious way of phrasing the question. But in that case, I own nothing of the sort.
