RIP: Tanith Lee (1947-2015)

Very sad news today…

The Bookseller and (among other sources) have reported that science fiction, fantasy, and horror author Tanith Lee passed away on Sunday, May 24th at the age of 67.

Tanith Lee has won multiple awards for her work, included the World Fantasy Award and the Lifetime Achievement Awards from both the World Fantasy Convention in 2013 and the Horror Writers Association (HWA) in 2015.

    She was my favorite author when I was a teenager. I was hooked after reading Death’s Master in 9th grade. It was a Christmas present.
