Watch a Rare Interview with the Cast of the 1966 Batman Movie

Here’s a blast from the past: it’s a rarely seen 1966 interview with the cast of the then-new Batman movie. Including in the revealing interview are Lee Meriweather, Cesar Romero, and Adam West, who spoke with local TV host Jean Boone at the Austin, Texas premiere. The premiere was in Austin because the “BatBoat” featured in the film was created by an Austin based company, Glastron, whose payment was having the film premiere in their hometown.

  1. This is pretty cool. Romero not knowing much about Batman wouldn’t cut the mustard, today. He thought the Keaton Batman was too dark!
