At Kirkus Reviews: WYTCHES and The Horror in the Corner

Over on the Kirkus Reviews blog today, I’ve got a look at the Image graphic novel, Wytches, from Scott Snyder, Matt Hollinsworth, Clem Robins and Jock (Illustrator).

From the post:

When we first meet the Rooks family, they have moved to a new town following a tragedy. Charlie and Lucy Rook, and their daughter, Sailor. They appear to be the typical American family. Charlie is a children’s book author, Lucy a nurse, Sailor a teenager in high school. Peel back the top layer, though, and Charlie is a recovering alcoholic, Lucy is paralyzed from the waist down due to a car accident, and Sailor, well, Sailor witnessed something horrific, something no one quite believes. Not even her mom and dad. That moment was the catalyst for why they moved, but not the entire story.

Head over to the post to read the rest. I highly recommend Wytches if you’re looking for some post-apocalyptic goodness!
