Victor LaValle

Victor LaValle is the author of three novels, a collection of stories and two novellas. His most recent novella The Ballad of Black Tom was recently published by Tor. He has won the Shirley Jackson Award and an American Book Award among other awards for his novel Big Machine. He teaches at Columbia University.

Damien Angelica Walters

Damien Angelica Walters is the author of Paper Tigers, recently published, and Sing Me Your Scars. Her short fiction has been nominated twice for a Bram Stoker Award, reprinted in The Year’s Best Dark Fantasy & Horror and The Year’s Best Weird Fiction, and published in numerous anthologies and magazines. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two rescued pit bulls.
