The final ballot to select this year’s winners will open in mid-May, 2016, and will be open to all Attending, Young Adult, and Supporting members of MidAmeriCon II. The winners of the 2016 Hugo Awards will be announced at a highlighted formal ceremony at the convention, on the evening of Saturday, August 20.

How are “Erin Dies Alone” and “Full Frontal Nerdity” eligible? These are ongoing series. How is the Castalia House blog eligible? It is a professional magazine.
Ongoing series are eligible; you can nominate the 2015 issues or whatever, not just a a chapter or issue or trade paperback.
I have a bad feeling about some of these…has slate voting again occurred?
